DeafJobs.org exists to help deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals build financial independence, showcase their skills, grow businesses, and connect with employers and communities nationwide.
We're part of the Mama Mimi Intelligence Network — a growing ecosystem focused on accessibility, communication, entrepreneurship, neurodivergence, innovation, and community empowerment.
The deaf community has always been entrepreneurial, resourceful, and skilled. What's been missing is a modern marketplace built around how our community actually communicates, hires, and works. That's what we're building.
